Please Note: Joyce Korban Limited is/will not be Responsible or Liable for any kind of Taxes, Custom & Excise Duty or Clearance Fees, VAT or any other Duties upon Delivery of your order, as we operate out of the Free Port Zone in Genève, Switzerland. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay the applicable taxes, VAT and/or other duties in their applicable jurisdiction should the same apply. 

Refund & Exchange Policy

All items are checked for quality during production and at the time of shipping. Consumers have a cooling-off period of Seven (7) working days in which to cancel the contract, starting from when the goods are received. 

If you are unhappy with your purchase, all item(s) must be returned to us within Seven (7) days of receipt of goods in a perfect, unused and saleable condition. The refund excludes Postage & Package and a Twenty Swiss Franc (CHF20) or equivalent for administration fees. This will be processed within ten (10) working days. Joyce Korban Limited is/will not be Responsible or Liable for any kind of Taxes, Custom & Excise Duty or Clearance Fees, VAT or any other Duties upon Delivery of your order, as we operate out of the Free Port Zone in Genève, Switzerland. 

There will be an exchange policy within Fourteen (14) days of receipt of the product according to the airway bill receipt, if item(s) are returned due to an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will pay for your P&P return costs. 

If we find that the product has not been returned in a fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item(s). 

Returning Goods 

The product(s) must be in the same original box and wrapping.

We will aim to get back to you within 3 working days (Excluding Public Holidays & Bank Holidays) with a reference and return slip which must be placed inside the box. 

Returns by post: 

Please return all items to Joyce Korban Ltd using a signed for postal/courier service with a tracking number as we are not responsible or liable for any item(s) lost/misplaced in the post.
